The Vision Study
$4,800 - $9,800 (+gst)
You've been thinking about your project but don't where to start. This feasibility study will pull together your needs and wants, your site, council controls, budget and cost with beautiful design sketches.
- Site meeting and measure
- Brief
- Planning and site overview (avoid nasty surprises)
- Environmental analysis (reduce cost, increase comfort)
- Design options (usually 2 or 3)
- Indication of probable cost (prevent big headaches later!)
- Unique sketches and 3Ds
The Full Concept Service
$10,800 - $19,800 (+gst)
Perhaps you want to sign up straight away, or we can take it step by step as you discover you like what I do! This package delivers a clearly defined concept design using 3D models. Unlike other architects I work in 3D in all my projects because seeing is believing.
We will develop the design in greater detail, mate a written design report , define material palettes and prepare you to work through the statutory processes with other design professionals.
